The brand new, fully refurbished Sussex Suite is one of the largest conference suites in the South East. Located on the ground floor, Sussex suite accommodates up to 350 delegates in a theatre style.

Sussex Suite has eight beautiful skylights, naturally lighting the room from above creating a bright space and the perfect setting for your delegates. Sussex Suite also hosts it's own private bar if you wish for a drinks reception after a long day.

Located on the ground floor, Sussex suite comfortably fits up to 200 in a cabaret style conference and is highly adaptable. So whether you are planning a training day, hosting a networking event, corporate meeting or exhibition, Sussex suite gives you plenty of space for a successful conference. Trade show exhibitions & Roadshows can benefit from easy access to the suite with a discreet large sliding roll door located at the back of the room. We understand every conference has different requirements, which is why we offer flexible lunch options. Choose from a working buffet lunch served in the suite or break out in to Meadow - Kitchen | Bar | Terrace for a hold & cold buffet lunch.
State of art technology
Equipped with state of the art technology including a large retractable HD screen, projector, sound system and air conditioning. Present with ease using our simple ClickShare system and fast speed WIFI. Sussex Suite has its own tea and coffee breakout station which is perfect for grabbing a tea or coffee during your conference and is included in all of our day delegate and room hire rates. The breakout station features a wide range of teas, coffee, water and sparkling water. We have a spacious courtyard area, adjacent to the tea and coffee breakout lounge, perfect for grabbing some fresh air during breaks.
