All five of our Meeting & Conference rooms within our 4*AA accredited hotel have undergone a large refurbishment and extension. Each room is equipped with state of the art technology and we can accommodate small boardroom style meetings to large conferences of up to 350 guests. Each of our naturally lit meeting & conference suites are located on ground floor and benefit from high speed WiFi and A/V capabilities. Located within close proximity to London Gatwick Airport, Three Bridges train station and Manor Royal Business District. Electric Vehicle drivers can benefit from the use of one of our 16 Pod Point Chargers in our large car park, 4 of which are VM 75 DC Rapid Chargers and 12 are 7kW units (charges apply and payment can be made through your Pod Point app).
Holiday Inn Gatwick Worth an ideal venue with flexible spaces for conferences & business meetings. Our 5 conference suites suit meetings of all sizes, Lyttons suite, Byron suite, Park suite, Wentworth suite & Crabbet suite. Lyttons and Byron are separated by a divider which can be fully opened to create our larger Sussex suite. We offer flexible working solutions and allow different set ups within the suites including cabaret, theatre, boardroom, u shape, hollow square and more. We offer fantastic day delegate rates and competitive room hire prices. All of our day delegate and room hire rates include unlimited tea & coffee with biscuits served in our breakout lounge. Our Executive Chef has designed menus for all 3 different food options, from working sandwich lunch to working buffet lunch and a hot buffet in our restaurant, Meadow – Kitchen | Bar | Terrace.
